Step 1: INITIATE TRANSFER
There are two common methods of gifting securities to Camp Patmos. The first is Electronic transfer through which your broker can transfer shares using Camp Patmos DTC number. The other is physically mailing the paper certificates to Camp Patmos. Either method is acceptable, but it is necessary for you to contact your broker to initiate the transfer. C
Step 2: CHOOSE THE METHOD OF DELIVERY

Step 3: NOTIFY Camp Patmos
Regardless of the method chosen to deliver a gift of stock; the donor needs to provide us some information about the gift for audit and acknowledgment purposes. Please send a letter or an e-mail to communicate the information below at the time of transfer:
- Donor's full name and complete address
- Name and number of securities transferred
- Name of brokerage house shares will be transferred to (i.e. Morgan Stanley or Muriel Siebert)
- Date of the transfer
