We are committed to making each week at Patmos a monumental experience, impacted by the surroundings, caring and serving staff, program, and speakers. Careful selection, background checks, and training all go into building the right staff that will be here to make great memories with your child.
We realize that you are entrusting us with the important opportunity to care for and touch the heart of your child. This summer will be a milestone for Camp Patmos as we implement new programs and levels of service to provide a foundational role in the lives of all who are our guests. Thank you for this opportunity to meaningfully invest in the life of your child.

Tim Richardson- Executive Director
- Tim and his wife Erica enjoy the beautiful family the Lord has blessed them with as parents of Solomon (8), Priscilla (6), and Josiah (1). Tim began serving at Camp Patmos in 2002 and has been Executive Director since 2005. Tim is a graduate of Cedarville University where he majored in business. Growing up on a camp and the 7 years in the business field has helped prepare him for today. Tim loves to be creative…before coming to camp his hobby was performing Gospel illusion shows and designing themed museum exhibits. He now uses those skills to enhance the programs provided at Camp Patmos. It is Tim’s passion to see today’s youth come to know the Lord and honor Him through their lives.

Andy Chouinard - Director of Program and Staff Development / Camp Director
- Andy began working at Patmos as the summer program director in 2001 and served in that role for 5 summers. When he was not at camp, Andy taught physical education in the New Hampshire public school system and then attended graduate school at Kent State University. Andy felt God leading him into fulltime ministry while attending graduate school. He recently accepted a new position at Patmos in which he is responsible for developing programs that meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of campers who attend. He is also responsible for staff training and discipleship. Andy loves doing anything that involves activity. His first love is athletics, but he also enjoys mountain biking, fishing and hunting. It is Andy’s dream to see many summer staff go onto fulltime ministry after their experience at Patmos.

Adam Gehman- Maintenance Director
- Adam joined the Camp Patmos team in 2003. He is a graduate of Oakland University where he majored in business. Throughout college, Adam spent much of his time managing his own lawn care business. He is now responsible for keeping Camp Patmos looking beautiful and enhancing its facilities. Adam recently married our waterfront director, Linda, at Camp Patmos on the lawn overlooking the bay. Together they love to participate in water sports, fish, spend time with family, and minister to fellow staff. It is Adam’s desire to continue to improve the grounds and facilities as they provide opportunities for campers to come to know the Lord, and to reach out and incorporate volunteers in a variety of ongoing projects.

Linda Gehman- Waterfront Director/ Executive Secretary
- Linda first came to the island in May of 2005 and hasn’t left since. After completing her degree in exercise science from Cedarville University, Linda went to work at the Sagamore Resort in Lake George NY where she became a certified ski instructor through the Adirondack Ski School. Linda soon felt God leading her to become involved in ministry and opened the doors for her to come to Patmos. An avid water skier, Linda loves teaching and participating in any type of water sport. Her expertise as a certified ski instructor and her emphasis on safety has brought a new level of professionalism to the Camp Patmos waterfront. Linda married Adam (maintenance director) in May and took off on a boat for their honeymoon from the Camp Patmos dock “Roger’s Landing” which she now manages. Linda wants the love of Christ to shine through to every camper through her and her “crew”.
